1. To add a water-cooled screen(structure) to a furnace.
In the front area of the furnace, four water-cooled wing screens are arranged. The water-cooled wing screen consists of a φ 60 × 5 steel pipe and a 6 × 23(mm) flat steel. The pipe pitch is 95mm. The water-cooled wing screen is suspended on the roof of the furnace, and the bottom is protected by abrasion-resistant cast-ins to prevent wear. Each water-cooled screen consists of 15-18 pipes with a width of about 1050mm and a total height of about 12-15 meters. Each water-cooled screen has a single heated area of 12.5 meters 2. The total heating area of the 4 water-cooled wing screens is 500M 2. The heat transfer power can be increased by 5,500 kilowatts, which is equivalent to a boiler output equivalent to an increase in evaporation of 10 tons per hour.
2. Increased water-cooled screen effect and efficiency in the furnace
After adding water-cooled wing screen, it can ensure that the boiler can fully absorb steam and heat, increase the evaporation of the boiler by about 10 tons, reduce the carbon content of fly ash and large slag, reduce the return temperature(prevent the return of ash Coke), and improve the service life of the central cylinder. In the normal operation of a boiler, due to the increase in the heated surface, the evaporation of the boiler fan can reduce the power consumption and the wind speed inside the boiler, thereby reducing the wear of the boiler furnace and the tail parts, and thus improving the reliability of the boiler. Reduce the cost of boiler operation and maintenance.
The above scheme is suitable for boiler combustion of poor quality coal output, high return temperature, serious furnace wear and so on. It has already produced very good results on 75 tons, 35 tons, and 130 tons of boilers. The reliability and practicality have passed the actual test.
