Boiler overhaul equipment running 2.2-2.5Mh as a cycle, and then the arrangement of shutdown maintenance is called overhaul.
The scope of overhaul mainly refers to the major repair of boilers, that is, the damage repair of the main pressurized components of boilers. Damage and repair of the boiler in serious accidents during operation are also major repairs of the boiler. The main parts of the repairs are as follows:
1) Welding repairs to the main pressurized parts such as drum and furnace gallbladder.
2) Pipe change repair for water wall pipe, convection pipe bundle, flue pipe, header, superheater pipe, etc.
3) Boiler overhaul caused serious damage to auxiliary equipment such as economizer and repair of serious damage such as wall collapse and frame deformation.
